Saved by a Picture - The Lucky One Review

Zac Efron plays the stoic soldier returning from home in search of a women in a photo he found during war.  Taylor Schilling plays Beth a single mom about to cross paths with Zac Efron.

I got the chance to go to the Los Angeles Red Carpet Premiere on Monday April 16th, 2012. I was overly excited because the book that the movie was based on is my favorite Nicholas Sparks book. I read it hours after it came out and fell in love with it. I have shared the book with lots of people over the last two years. The book is wonderfully written. The best part is the movie is so close to the book. It really captures the essence of the book, which made me happier then I could say.

At the premiere I got to see Nicholas Sparks (the writer of the book), saw Zac Efron, Jay Ferguson, Ashley Tisdale. It was so much fun, we saw so many people enjoying the film.

I really think the movie does the book justice. Its well done and truly conveys the story, the emotion and the way life can affect us all.

I have to say that Jay R. Ferguson is the man to watch in the movie. He plays a rainbow of emotions and really captures them. Zaac Efron is wonderful and the movie plays so well to his stoic character because of the amazing talent of the other actors in the film.

If you are a romantic movie, Nicholas Sparks, or Zac Efron fan go see the movie.. It’s worth the movie to shell out. If not take your girlfriend, she’ll love it and you’ll gain points.
